Shipping & Returns
Our standard turnaround time of production is approx. 3-4 weeks for orders made in our stock materials.
If your order is made in special custom fabrics the turnaround time of production is approx. 6-8 weeks.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
02 Shipment Methods
We offer a wide variety of shipping options suited to your budget or requirement.
Orders direct-from-factory is shipped with express courier like DHL or FedEX or air-freight.
For larger orders we also offer sea freight options which is lot more cost-effective but takes longer time to deliver.
Orders from warehouse in Europe is shipped with local courier service or by road. Road transportation is only available to our customers located in EU or EEA countries.
Delivery time note varies by which shipping method you choose & your location.
03 Import, Custom & Taxes
We ship worldwide and many countries have imposed duty fees/taxes that will be invoiced before or after your products are delivered.
Texstyle is not responsible for any orders that are lost or delayed in customs and we are not able to refund such orders.
If you are located in EU or EEA country you have the benefit to import goods 100% tax/duty free into your country. In some EEA countries note tax/duty is exempted only on some selected products. Please contact us for more information.
Our branch offices in Europe can also assist you with importation of your goods, where we will take care of all custom & tax queries.
Shipments are not insured by default, if shipment goes missing or are stuck in customs in your destination country, Texstyle is not liable for any losses after the goods have been handed over to the shipping company.
We advise you to contact the shipping company to resolve any lost or damaged shipment issues.
We can also help you with insurance of your goods before shipping.
05 Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you will be satisfied with your order, if you find any issues with your order please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your items.
Should there be any concern about the quality of the products, please email us with your order no. and high quality images of the issue.
We can unfortunately not offer any cash refund, but a free of cost replacement will be offered.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a free replacement:
– Product is defective (rips or tears)
– Product is not as described (missing pieces, printing/embroidery mistakes caused by us)
– Product must be unused
– Product must not be damaged
