To have a logo embroidered a stitch file must be created. This process is also known as digitizing. Preferred files are such as DST and EMB. Bitmap graphics are perfect for photos and collages (typically made in Photoshop).
If it`s colored artwork keep it in RGB, and if it’s black/white then leave in gray-scale.
Bitmap file formats is: jpeg/jpg, gif, tiff/tif, psd, png, bmp, pict.
04. Text Outlining
For Vector based artwork AI (Adobe Illustrator) EPS, PDF or CDR (Corel Draw) convert all text to curves or include font files with artwork.
05. Color Matching
Mostly pantone colors are represented among the threads colors or the ink used for the printing but please note we can`t guarantee that exact matching will always be achieved. For the embroidery we use Madeira yarns with many different shades and strength to choose from.
Artwork colors can differ from what is viewed on a computer monitor and what is actual applied on the fabric due to the different color calibration for every monitor.
You can provide the pantone color code by downloading the color chart here and we will make sure to match it precisely in the application process.
06. Artwork Instructions
If you have specific instructions on how you want the placement of the artwork on the garment, scale/size, all over prints, please confirm these when providing the details so we can develop the actual sample to your instructions.
