Artwork Requirements

Artwork can be created in our art department or provided to us by the customer. We accept anything from an idea or rough sketch, to finished print-ready art.

In order to save the processing time, kindly follow our below requirements when providing the files.

01. Artwork Files we Accept


SCREEN PRINTING
We accept the following file formats, .ai, .psd, .eps, .cdr, .tif, .pdf, .gif or .jpg (although not recommended)

EMBROIDERY
To have a logo embroidered a stitch file must be created. This process is also known as digitizing. Preferred files are such as DST and EMB. We can of course also convert your JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PDF, AI, EPS and CDR files into an embroidery file format. Please make sure to supply a high resolution design for best accuracy.

02. Print Size


To save time on processing please submit the artwork in the same size as to be applied. 

If you for example want a 10 * 10 cm design applied on the garment make sure please the dimensions in the file are adjusted to 10 * 10 cm.

03. Color Format


Bitmap graphics are perfect for photos and collages (typically made ​​in Photoshop).
If it`s colored artwork keep it in RGB, and if it’s black/white then leave in gray-scale.

Bitmap file formats is: jpeg/jpg, gif, tiff/tif, psd, png, bmp, pict.

04. Text Outlining


For Vector based artwork AI (Adobe Illustrator) EPS, PDF or CDR (Corel Draw) convert all text to curves or include font files with artwork.

05. Color Matching


Mostly pantone colors are represented among the threads colors or the ink used for the printing but please note we can`t guarantee that exact matching will always be achieved. For the embroidery we use Madeira yarns with many different shades and strength to choose from.

Artwork colors can differ from what is viewed on a computer monitor and what is actual applied on the fabric due to the different color calibration for every monitor.

06. Artwork Instructions


If you have specific instructions on how you want the placement of the artwork on the garment, scale/size, all over prints,  please confirm these when providing the details so we can develop the actual sample to your instructions.
