1. What Are Your Minimum Order Quantities?

We specialise us in custom manufacturing so the minimum quantity will depend on several factors including custom fabrics, trims, dyeing, embellishment and etc,

We have a production capacity for small to large orders and can offer you full flexibility in distributing of styles and sizes in low minimums.
You can also choose fabrics for your products from our available stock which we can produce with no MOQ.

Please contact us for clarification of the specific minimum order quantity requirements for your inquiry.

2. Do You Have Any Price List?

No, there isn`t any product price list available since we only offer 100% custom production based on your specifications.
Nevertheless, if you plan on placing repeat orders of the same product (s) we can prepare a custom price list for you.

3. How Long Does The Process Take From Submitting An Order to Shipping?

It depends on if you select to produce your products from our stock fabrics or custom made fabrics.

Lead time with our stock fabrics is approx. 4-5 weeks and approx. 8-10 weeks if its made from special custom made fabrics. This includes product development,
sampling and mass production.

4. What Is Your Sampling Policy?

Once you approve our quotation and proceed with the order and down-payment we will provide you free of cost proto/style/fit – samples for pre-approval. These are usually made from similar available materials to save time and takes approx. 2 weeks. Before beginning with the mass production we will provide you pre-production samples and on receiving your approval on these the final production will be commenced.

If you want samples made from any special fabrics or before placing an order there will be a fee required to be paid upfront which is fully refundable when final order is placed.
Sampling charges will be based on the specification and complexity of the product required and will be quoted upon receiving your inquiry.
Sampling charges will be credited on the invoice for the production.

5. Are Your Prices Competitive?

We are a direct factory with in-house manufacturing facilities with own sourcing of fabric and materials.

6. How Are The Goods Packed?

All custom packaging solutions are available, printing and shipping mark can be printed as per your requirement. We pack the products according to the needs of our customers. Packaging solutions are available for both sea and air shipment mode.

7. Do You Have Any Social Compliance Certification?

Yes, our factory is SEDEX certified.

8. Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship to all parts of the world.

9. What Are Your Payment Terms?

Before start of the production we need min. 50% deposit of the invoice and balance 50% on completion of the goods or min. 1 week prior to shipment so we can prepare the shipping documents and get clearance for the export.

Other terms may be negotiated after first order, subject to credit checking, etc.

10. How Are The Prices Quoted?

Our prices are usually quoted as FOB Sialkot-Pakistan That means delivering your order to your Pakistan Freight Forwarding agent, where our responsibility ends. The customer is responsible for any unreasonable charges from their forwarder with regards to dropping off or picking up your order.

We also offer DDP pricing to EU and EAA countries. (which means your order is delivered at your doorstep with no additional costs.)

We can also quote you price with pick-up from our office in Denmark and Norway respectively.

11. What Fabrics Do You Have?

We have a stock full of fabrics from cotton, polyester, cotton blend many others.

As part of the services for custom order, we can source for the fabrics should you have a particular fabric in mind that is not available in our stock. .

12. Where Are The Products Manufactured?

All our products are manufactured at our manufacturing facility in Sialkot, Pakistan.

13. What Are The Shipping Options?

We offer a wide variety of shipping options including ocean, air cargo and express courier. Delivery time is subject to your order volume and the shipping method you choose.
